Last year we asked you to submit us questions for Derren to answer in the Svengali Tour brochure. It was so popular we decided to do the same again for the upcoming Infamous tour brochure.

This year we’d also like to include a Q&A with Steve from Apocalypse, and Matt from Hero at 30,000 feet.

All questions must be submitted by 5pm Saturday 9th Feb 2013.

Instructions for submitting questions (which can be done via Facebook or Twitter – please don’t leave them in the blog comments):

Questions for Derren, just tweet with the hashtag #DerrenQandA
Questions for Steve from Apocalypse, just tweet with the hashtag #SteveQandA
Questions for Matt from Hero at 30,000 feet, just tweet with the hashtag #MattQandA

Pop over to Derren’s Facebook page ( and leave your question as a comment in the relevant thread (please indicate who your question is to!).

Hi Derren, my question is: how come very few people seem to have read the sentence that says not to post questions here? Do you think there’s a possibility their eyes fell out upon reaching that sentence and have rolled out the door and into the street? If that’s the case, how did they manage to locate the comment box and type their questions without eyes? Do you think there’s a Nobel Prize in that answer? Thanks.

No offence but are people idiots? It says quite clearly ‘please don’t leave questions in the blog comments’ – so what do people do? Of course, they leave them in the blog comments. Wake up people.

Derren, I’m still smarting from losing out on £5000 during your show at the Aberdeen Music Hall a few years back. I’ll let you off if you tell me how you made me choose Wales as a country at the start of the bit I was involved in. I looked around the building for nearly half an hour to find any references like you put in front of the pet cemetery ad execs but couldn’t see anything.

Peter Cannizzaro says:

Derren, I was telling a class mate of mine about you, how you expose faith healing, psychics, and the sort. She is a believer in astrology and all that nonsense, but she told me to look up a man by the name of Edgar Cayce, who has “documented prophecies”. His predictions seem to be pretty detailed and spot on… and I was wondering if you have ever heard of this man, and have any insight on what methods he could be using to make these predictions.

On a side note, a girl turned me down because she still had feelings for her ex. I asked her about him and compared her memories with similar ones that I had in past relationships. At the same time whenever she mentioned happy moments in her past I would tap my fingers just like in Fear and Faith. Then I tried using that semiotic gesture to transfer those feelings when talking about me, and how badass I am. Long story short, it didn’t work, I hate ex boyfriends. Honestly, on paper that sounds pretty immoral, but all the girls I meet that are suitable candidates for relationships either have boyfriends or whatever else. Its slowly making me more manipulative…

I came to see the Infamous tour in Southampton (April 11). Derren is my biggest hero, and I found myself incredibly lucky enough to be up on stage with him. Derren was as genuine and charming as I'd always hoped (which proved a contrast to my nervous and shaky demeanour). He is a brilliant showman and an all-round pleasure to watch. The show was sensationally mind-blowing - I'll be sure that I never miss another. Thank you Derren, for everything that you do. Sorry I was so shaky! Grace

Really looking forward to tonight in Southaampton, bought tickets for husband, Terry's birthday. It's not today, it was in February.)

Derren Brown, For my daughter's birthday gift in November of 2013, I gave her a ticket to your show. For Christmas, I gave her a round trip ticket to London from Pensacola, Florida, our home. On my birthday, I flew from the Middle East, where I'm teaching English, to join her. On the 25th of March, you gave us your best. It was the highlight of our First English Spring Tour. No matter how far apart we are in the world or mindset, we both agree...we have no idea how you do it! And we like it that way.

I saw Derren at Leeds on 25th and I am still - 4 days on - utterly blown away by his incredible talent and incredible show! I have never ever had the pleasure of seeing him live before, but I will never miss an opportunity again. Someone as talented as Derren Brown is a MUST SEE. He's mesmerising, spellbinding, inspiring, jaw droppingly amazing. This experience is something I will take away with me forever and a day! Thank you SO much for bringing this show to Leeds! But goin forward, if travel roun te country to see you - you are THAT good :)
