Channel ‘Dave’ isn’t that bad. Repeats of QI, whose line is it anyway and never mind the buzzcocks… its OK if your desperate I suppose.
I must admit since having Sky HD installed I barely watch any TV at all, just record the couple of programs here and there that I want.
Everything else I get on DVD or… err other sources >:)
This is especially true when certain *cough* *points upwards* people don’t release a series 3 of something they did 2 and half years ago and you missed it on TV!! hehehe
Can you imagine having to wait that long to see something? I’m just not patient enough
Oh yea… nice TV! haha
Michelle – I think certain episodes that certain people never released onto certain round, flat shiny things are available to watch online on 4oD.
I don’t have a TV either. I spend the gaping void it leaves in my life trying to convince TV Licensing that not having a license does not automatically make me a criminal.
And perhaps the ‘Get A Life Wall’ would be a more approppriate moniker?
Well done, Michelle. I did also miss TOTM3 and I made enquiries to Channel 4 and even spoke to Micheal Vine at Objective Productions as to when a DVD may be released. but all to no avail!
Release – Trick of the Mind Series three, please.
Only I wouldn’t want to see Derren’s face that big in my living room!
Oh… and Sam I’ve only been able to get snipets on YouTube!
4oD didn’t exist back then!
And I think it’s probably important to add that I do actually buy all the stuff when it does come out on DVD. (People think I’m weird when they see my DVD collection most of which still in the cellophane because I’ve already seen it!) I’m not one of those take everything for free and don’t support the stuff you like kind of people (I know quite a few though :S).
Plus I like to actually own the product, I don’t buy music online as I like the CD with the little book and artwork and stuff!)
All you need is Radio 4. Once your dial is on 93.5 you’re set for life.
Oh that’s just great that is. Just taken delivery of a nice new 37″ HD telly and now I want a sodding wall sized one instead. The wife will not be pleased.
Why not buy your own little cinema!? Some movies just need to be watched in a cinema. I use my tv as a background thing most of the time. It’s helping me quite nice through dinners and such (single)!
My little screen ahead of me right now is a bit more interactive and serves anything I want at any time. More or less. I prefer a cinema room in the house, not a wall (although the wall is not bad) .. heheh .. have to buy another house for all that stuff!

It’s still on there, though. And the unreleased specials, etc. And free. And more environmentally sound that a DVD. And takes up less shelf space. And I’m right & everyone else is wrong, so worship me.
oh no! imagine the close-ups…
Will it recognize people’s morning faces as well? Or the hung over look a likes of the face that has been stored? Or .. whispering mode … when it does not like you …….
In stead of the dancing with you option .. we ofcourse want the audience option … hehehe … or some stripper option?
