An apple a day keeps the doctor away, as the saying goes. And not just any doctor (and they don’t mean Apple computers either, although they do decrease stress in users – phillis). An apple a day may help keep the neurologist away—along with the cognitive decline that often accompanies aging and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Plus my co-workers are talking about ipods and the new ibook.
Weird!
Smoking also seems to have a good influence on the brain, research in this area is being performed.
Apples instead of candy once was supposed to be very healthy as well … but the teeth don’t always agree.
Anyhow .. would be nice if they would find something that helps in Alzheimer and Parkinson.

Ugh, I don’t like apples (apart from the gorgeous one on my desk, ruling my life). Why can’t it be a persimmon a day?
how about apple pie?

Apples don’t always help!…if i eat enough of them there’ll be anafylactische shock which causes choking …and then i’ll be brain-dead.
