Fascinating (if expectedly unclear) video of a Chinese octogenarian displaying apparent powers of telekinesis in ‘moving’ several objects. I don’t think James Randi will be handing out endorsements any time soon. What do you think?

I can find nothing on the internet that suggests this is a hoax, nor any better or more scientific account of these “powers” than this documentary excerpt.
Judge for yourselves.
#3 Judging by the narrators’ eyepatch, I’m guessing that the chi treatment on his eye infection wasn’t exactly a runaway success…
Also, some of the tricks in the somewhat less impressive first video were explained in an episode of ‘Mind, Body & Kick Ass Moves’. When the cleaver against the belly, for example, it is rolled around the skin & not drawn across in the way one would use to cut something.
In France in the ’50′s Professor Gavreau, an engineer interested in the effects of frequency on the human body built a giant replica of the then French police penny style whistle. It was powered by compressed air. Gavreau’s assistants turned the whistle on and then unfortunately died immediately from he rupturing of their internal organs due to the extremely high volume of sound. he whistle was confiscated by the French Government.
I feel there should be a punchline to this – any suggestions?
It is explained in the video itself .. but hey, you apparently don’t speak chinese? Information can be bought though … (hey Derren, wont a new trick in your show????)
