Apples – good for the brain.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away, as the saying goes. And not just any doctor (and they don’t mean Apple computers either, although they do decrease stress in users – phillis). An apple a day may help keep the neurologist away—along with the cognitive decline that often accompanies aging and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Scientists find facial scars increase attractiveness
It was previously assumed that in Western cultures scarring was an unattractive facial feature and in non-Western cultures they were perceived as a sign of maturity and strength. Scientists at Liverpool and Stirling University, however, have found that Western women find scarring on men attractive and may associate it with health and bravery. Zombie Harmony
Many of the viewers of Coops Blog are zombies and they are always emailing us for tips on how to find love. I always point them to Zombie Harmony – the dating site just for zombies, although Derren seems to insist it’s just a thinly veiled advert.
