Picking the right people to socialize with will keep your brain in shape as well. Although, you ofcourse have to have a certain awareness of when your brain is working smooth and sharp and when it doesn’t …
Sometimes this is not as easy as it seems … sharp brains can be at different levels .. So we all are our own brain trainers. Although there are many who will try to be in charge of your brain ofcourse … like … almost all people around you. Keep the brain as slow as possible … the real brain we will need as long as possible is not up there .. and besides .. it gives such nice overview of all others around your self .. you will see so much more. Okay, a bit too much at times perhaps … hehehe …

I think it will depend on the person. For myself I quite like mental exercise games like Brain Training on my daughters DS, and I\’m quite good at them. However, I\’m absolutely useless at crossroads, always have been. Even The Suns crossword takes me ages to do.

In my experience the only trouble with Crosswords is the clues are really hard – but then thats handy info if you don’t want to or can’t afford to pay out for Nintendo DS games.My Grandad will be pleased.
