Read this article the other day but don't recall that last sentence Phillis. Did wonder though what the success rate comparison would be with Derren. Suspect also that Mr Brown could do somewhat more than just tell which dots you were looking at. Having your mind read by Derren would be far more fun than by MRI scanner whatever the results.

@nopke...thats nicely described...and it takes a lot of empathy to get into someone elses head...change roles, seeing other perspectives and yes when you start wondering ´whos brain is this?´...you realize its not all that hocus pocus or psychic stuff...but dopey it certainly is!

I go with Ken, can we please order a cloned derren? ;-)

If you do clone Derren he can add more shows to the forthcoming tour!
Or we can all have on each!

Is this a single case study or is it a meta-analysis study?

cloning Brown seems a faster way to predict things then huh?!

What when people are a bit cross eyed (I mean, we do have trouble seeing what they focus on sometimes so shuffing them into an MRI scanner to read their mind is the best way to find out ..).

And what if people are thinking of more things while focussing on those simple dumm images ... ?? Will trigger a bit more in brains as well .. but they probably took a few who are not known for active brains .. or they just instructed them .. I mean, in such experiments people are never in their normal selfes and therefor the experiments will show probably different results as well.

Yes, I can make scientists depressed ... no use to start anything anymore when Nopke is in the house.

Observing the brain in MRI and such is not all out of my own interest either,. But not when looking at pictures ..

I'm a mind reader too ... I don't do anything then reading my own mind ... keeps being an amazing activity ... sometimes I wonder .. who's brain is it??? Meaning, I also like to get on paths which are not really fitting my personality ... and therefor discover more about other people who I did not get at all before ... I wont be able to stick too long on those paths as my body will not take it so well .. not being used to that type of patterns .. but nevertheless .. a learning experience.
Who needs dope when having brains like us ..
