Another favourite warning sign I used to see when visiting Portsmouth was on one of the piers. The original warning was written in self-adhesive letters : “WARNING – IT IS DANGEROUS TO DIVE FROM THIS PIER”.
After someone had selectively peeled off odd letters, it became a kind of surreal anti-war statement “WAR – IT IS ANGER TO DIE FROM HIS PIE”!

lol I love these! Unfortunately there aren’t any on the trains or trams round Wolverhampton from what I’ve seen. I shall keep my eyeballs peeled though!

lolz! I’ve seen these on the train.. i thght my eyes were playing tricks on me when i first saw one.. wondering wether or not i read it right.. lolz.. the one about smiling.. i’ve never seen so many people look so serious in all my life.. lolz
gotta say it’s pretty cool though.. at least it makes the journey to uni more amusing.. still.. it’d be even better if they posted some up on the jubille line
