They then commisioned this, lessay mid feb, it has then taken less than a week for the study to be spec'd, researched, reviewed, findings proposed, discussed, agreed and then sent to the national press for visibilty ... I just get the impression that Dr Holmes of Manchester Metro Uni just rung that one in ... ... "who's that on the phone ....? huh? .... oh just tell them cavewomen" why not the middle ages, or tudors or the spirit of the blitz ?... nope cavewomen.
