An itty bitty derren – bet he looks cute – i think he looks better full size tho. … but thnks for the info – i may go and purchase that.
I tend to find it somewhat tiresome when people post fawning comments on how sexy Derren’s latest goatee is, how everything about him is utterly wonderful, etc – we already know, it’s why we’re here.
However, I feel compelled to say I found ToT 2 to be hugely inspirational. Seeing how much our lives can be transformed by tweaking our own minds has encouraged me to take positive action in tackling the deeply ingrained negative thinking which has prevented me from getting the most out of my life thus far. So thanks for that, Mr Brown.
We do try to keep it to a minimum Sam we did get a bit tired of “warning” people and didn’t want to come across like Chairman Mao.
However can I just say Derrens goatee is looking just lovely today and I dribbled on a photo of him only an hour ago…
Phillis: You really should be laminating those photos, y’know.
Sam: I agree about ToT’s inspirational capacities. The episode with the kitten helped me a lot with getting over some particularly nasty insecurities. Which is why I now have a printed-out picture of a kitten hanging on my closet door, with the words “DO NOT KILL THE KITTEN! NO REALLY, DON’T” on it in black and red marker
…Which, while funny/inspirational to me, does tend to weird out people who’ve never seen ToT, I must admit

This is going to sound really weird, but is that hand photoshopped in? Because it looks really big. Or does Derren just have big hands?

…Kitten? Is this going to be more upsetting than the Milgram thing? Is this one of those TV shows I need to watch from under a blanket or while really drunk so that everything becomes hilarious?
Sarah: The apple may well be photoshopped (even if someone managed to carve those letters as nicely as that, I’d imagine they’d go all brown before the photo was properly taken), but the size of the hand is just due to perspective. Try putting your hand that close to the camera lens — it’ll look pretty much the same.
SGC: I’d vote for the blanket. And yes, there’s a few episodes that are a bit scary. Though the first and last one are actually quite funny.
I checked faithful YouTube for the kitten thing. Oh god why does this man have to make people cry and why do I watch it when he does?
This will not only require a blanket but approximately two or three soothing episodes of Criss Angel in between each episode of Trick or Treat.
