Stop having Derren Brown as a role model, people. The world doesn’t need more than one person abducting people from bars to set zombies on them, or catching old ladies in fake buses. It’s only funny when just one guy does it.
The best dead person story ever is the one about the hotel room in Minnesota. Every time the hotel let someone stay in it, they got complaints about the smell. They cleared the drains, cleaned it several times, changed she sheets but nothing helped – until someone flipped the matress and discovered A ROTTING DEAD GUY. He was DEAD.
I love urban legends.

Ha ha, I love that one. Of course it had to be a Pole! Their not just scary but their scarier than clowns (and I can say that because I am decedent from one, or two actually).

Dead for five days, at a desk! Does anyone know how long it takes for bodies to start decaying and why it takes that amount of time? I was wondering whether you can smell someone dead before you see them.

Seriously what does it matter what sexuality a man/woman is? Didn’t bother me when I heard. Just shrugged and kept on reading Mark Wilson Encyclopedia Of Magic……(£14.99 at all good book stores and loads of rubbish ones!)

Back on topic…

How many dead people stories have we heard. Heres a real one cos I was there…
I used to be a Croupier in a big London casino. Early in the morning after last spin and hands a Pit Boss was checking the table when he noticed a bundle of rags under a roulette table. Curious he pulled at them and found a dead body crumpled in a tiny space. After checking the camera in the crows nest it was clear that the poor fella was sat in the middle of a busy table when he suffered a heart attack. The other gamblers at the table instead of alerting staff and getting him help, let him fall to the floor and push in under the table..where he died.
The callous nature of the human states amazes me sometimes. Still I hope they all enjoyed their winning and didn’t just play it back…..(No Chance!)

& @ Nopke- I’m pretty sure lotsa people die alone in their homes without people realising for a while. At least I think. Its not like I’ve ever researched the topic.

Well, these stories can so be true … type of job, little interactions in person, no relatives or such … jup .. can see it happen quite simple. It’s not supposed to be funny, those symptons coming out via those stories.
I never have read those stories by the way, never encountered them. Only those of people who have been dead in their house for quite some time ..
this could happen to so many people, singles, without them having to be non-social people.

I read somewhere that Derren was gay .. also urban myth?
