When the Greek Philosophers found that the square root of 2 is not a rational number, they celebrated the discovery by sacrificing 100 oxen.

They ought to be considered lucky. I’m studying Computer Games Technology (BSc Hons) and one of the modules is Maths. An area in that module is Physics, and I was ready to go on a murderous rampage when I was struggling with Centres of Gravity in objects… so many stupid mistakes
Now I have it. Took practice, but I can do it quite easily now. Who knows, if we actually find a solution for, say, the root of negative one, we will be at the same levels as Chuck Norris and Jack Bauer

My old college profesor used to celebrate PI day, he could recall about 200 numbers after 3. it was cool i guess.
