Saw this myself this morning. What’s more interesting to me is how nervous the interviewer and crew are around Obama. Their laughter is tentative, and in response the man himself seems uneasy……..how do you share a joke with the President of the United states? I wouldn’t like to try.
If that fly only knew the number of man hours and electricity he took from mankind by people watching TV, reading articles on computers and responding on forums, uh,.. gotta go.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!! CALL THE RSPCF!!! (That’s the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Flies, for you uneducated people). How DARE he?! Flies have feelings too!!! We must not tolerate disrespect such as this. I am deeply, DEEPLY offended. Just because flies are small and eat poo DOES NOT mean that they have any less right to live than any of us. He should be ASHAMED. Tut tut. I think the US should get rid of him and get a new president who WILL NOT brutally murder the weak and innocent.

I’m sorry, but as an American, I find that so unclassy. I hope he washed his hands after. He could have asked for a tissue before swatting it. And then he might have smooshed it into the carpet scooting it around like that. I’m a little grossed out.

IMO, the time I caught a bloody quick fly in my hand (mid-flight) then released it again (all alive and well) back into the world was far more skillfull and far less cruel.
