No one takes their camoflage as seriously as this guy (well maybe Emma Hack does). The optical illusion created by carefully painting the correct parts of his body to match the background are quite bizarre. Would love to see it in video format.

that reminds me of this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/lancashire/8030766.stm
cool stuff!
This reminds me of that horror movie “When a Stranger Calls Back.” You know, the one where the guy paints himself to match the background in your house and just hangs out in there, then tells you to check on the children.
Wow! That is pretty amazing! And the car in the video postedby Gewitternacht is awesome!!! Hope the student got good marks!
Ah, but not this one I think? It’s just too vague ….
Damn photoshop … It makes people a bit suspicious .. which is a pity as you can therefor not fully admire the artist’s work .. you really need to know 100% sure that it really has been done the way described ..
Thats what art galleries are for?
Art galleries? Yeah – until they learn to photoshop REALITY ITSELF.
i don’t get it! Is the whole thing a painting? Or just the see throug person!
Tash: If you look at it really closely, you’ll see that the ‘see through’ guy is actually painted all over in the colors of his background, and the shot is carefully posed to match the paint to the position of the guard and the wall. The chair in the second shot seems to have gotten the same treatment.
Lovely idea, perfect execution.
In Soviet Russia, art paints YOU
Wow, Brilliant work…i want to see it in video format too…
@Tash – it’s a see through person. They have loads in China.
@phillis: i’m even more confused! *crys*
fabulous and @phyllis… hahahahahaha. nice.
