At last December’s Entertainment Gathering in Monmterey, Matt Harding “revealed” at the that his hit videos were a hoax and that he is an actor, not a game designer; that the videos were made using animatronic puppets and extensive video editing. A month later, during the MacWorld convention, Matt revealed the “hoax about the hoax” and joked about the fact many people took it seriously and the outrage it caused. First time I hear about this – and it doesn’t make any sense. Why someone would done hoax like that in first place and then fake release it…?! Hoax in hoax.

I read what it was about though .. and I liked the idea of a hoax in a hoax (in a hoax .. in a hoax ..).

Haha, very funny. Matt’s videos (the real ones!) are incredibly beautiful. It’s hard to say much about them without sounding all cheesy but if you havent seen them i highly recommend you do.
Ah, yes, I remember having seen him dance in a vid here and there … I wondered why he did that dance … probably a joke with friends or such I thought, and that he travelled a lot … And how nice that all the people responded that nicely each time ..
Perhaps it was posted here a while ago… not unlikely .. I wouldn’t know why I would have seen him otherwise … how he ever would pop up in my google searches … hell is not a key word when I google ..

The hoax…is that it wasn’t a hoax…of course he travelled around the world….do you really think they built a robot that could dance and dress it up in different costumes…or fill a 747 up with water and swim…only to remove the water via photoshop? It’s humor, people…the point of the video is to show people that we all just need to laugh a little and not take things so seriously…we’re not so different after all.
