I’d simply find it too tempting to act as script editor to the Old Testament.
I’d write in red pen in the margins stuff like “two examples each of 2 billion incompatable animal species would…
A. …be completely impossible to herd together, especially if the animal wrangler put in charge of herding them was an implausible 600 year old pensioner.
B….not fit on the same boat.
C….not last a 40 day voyage without eating each other wiping out millions of species in the process.
D. …result in the worst outbreak of genetic inbreeding since records began (with Adam and Eve)!”

Greatest story ever told? Perhaps in the days before script editors it was, but these days it looks distinctly ropey. This is why novels get proof read.

Which chapter of the Bible has that in? Oh wait, that’ll be “Numbers” won’t it!
Frankly if you ask the public to scrawl stuff on a bible, you’re literally asking for it. I’d always start with “the characters in this book bear no relation to any real persons living or dead” and be chased out of the gallery by an evangelical mob waving pitchforks!

Ah .. I looked up the exhibition .. the link religion and sexuality is now clear .. BBC could have written that in their little piece as well.
