I want to know if there were suggestions to only give away what they could. I mean, basically what you did was con people out of a lot of money and then give it to charity. It's stealing, plain and simple and at no point in the segment did i see you mention anything but "give massive amounts" (and shoes)... nothing about "give what you can afford to". Imagine if someone you know (who was susceptible to this stuff) was out that day and buying something for a loved one and had gotten a large sum of money out of the bank to buy it only to give it away and then not have the money to buy that thing? Sure, we don't need all this materialistic crap but shouldn't it be an unaffected decision? I have to say that although i like Derren Brown and the show i was a bit put-off with the money stunt. I can't get over the extent to which you essentially changed their personalities (let's face it, tramps don't usually get a lot of money without the guilt trip treatment) simply by introducing them to symbols of generosity. Icredible to behold. You derserve hearty congratulations on your latest work, and I can't wait for next week! And no, unfortunately i didn't stick... :( bad times LOL!
