My father works in a consulate and has to deal with a lot of passports. He once had a man who was called, literally,'sixty-three'. It turned out he was given the name because he was born in 1963. Bemused, he ended up striking a friendship with this guy, until he could wait no longer and one day asked whether, by any chance, he had a younger sibling. It turned out the poor man did. His sibling was six years younger. I totally believe it.

Note that there is no P in Arabic and F and P are interchangeable in parts of SE Asia, as I found during a fruitless conversation about a photocopy machine once (you sit there, I bring you cup of filtercoffee).
