Last night did not work for us may be it was our eyes/tv! but nothing jumped out at me!
This was amazing to watch! Does it work on the PC cus i didnt watch it with the glasses :[
No glasses left in Brum so I’ll watch the online one and squint a lot.

Haha at the pic of Derren in a hat with the rubix cube!! Shame you don’t have the one when he was wearing the glasses with the strange eyes, nose etc!
Didn’t work for me either all I got was a headache.
Probably bad reception, even though I’m in England I always get S4C clearer, but that means I’ll have to wait until next Monday to see this.
I found some of the things worked better than others. the cards were good but did find it made my eyes hurt. Derren was his usual very funny witty self. love his sense of humor. x oh and great pics
sorry but even though I love most of the stuff Derren does I found last night a damp squib. Most of the stuff Deren did I have seen before in previous shows. 3D – all very clver but a bit up itself and a bit too smug. Sorry
Where did you get your loverly shirt from … liking the detail on the cuffs (which don’t match the collar) … seriously though, nice shirt
I couldnt help but notice Derren’s very interesting shirt cuffs. What is up with that, it looks like someone took some scissors to them.
Was surprised that the 3D did work, but only to a certain amount…. disappointed with the magicians on the show – although thought Derren’s presenting was brilliant, charming and witty as usual.

3 types of 3d glasses none worked not just me whole family, come on c4 admit you mucked up
Ford.
1. You need the 3d glasses from sainsburys to see it – if you use ones you’ve got from other 3d films (pixar, ect) these won’t work. They need to have the red/amber lenses.
2. I noticed if I wear my contacts, the 3d doesn’t work. However it does if I wear my 3d glasses over my regular glasses, it does. My partner was the same. Something in our corrective vision perscription seems to mess up the 3d.
3. Derren was fab, but the ‘magic’ was a bit poo tbh.
4. Most of the best 3d was actually in the newly filmed links, not the older 3d magic segments.

Sorry, but very disappointed. The 3D effect was poor as was the magic – all old stuff apart from the Venice trick – but I think most of us know how Derren does this type of trick by now. The script was also weak (not written by Derren I note)
I am usually a hugh fan so it hurts to write this!
I think for all the misdirection and showmanship of the evening, it can’t detract from the deep-rooted notion that 3D always was, and always will be, a gimmick. It’s an old idea that clumsily plops out of whatever new technology there is.
Without irony, there was nothing to see here.

These past couple days hav been great!!! Dr Who on Sunday then this on Monday then it twas my16th Bday yeterday, and one of my presents was the DB Specials boxset so me and my best mate watched the seance and scared our pants off!!!!
Twas an awsum show tho Derren as usual c’est tres amusant. U seemed to hav alot of fun fliming it 2 which is nice 2 c

The 3D thing worked with me.
Maybe had something to do with the fact that my tv was so small!
But I think that the show was really good. Lots of good tricks.
The 3D effects were good. Especially at the beginning when he was blowing party poppers, swords and suff at the screen. It looked as if it was coming out of the screen
Wahaythe only series of shows i haven’t been able to watch…being blind in one eye don’t help with this 3D thing everyone has going….don’t think i am missing out on too much though ha ha.
You know who else was in a 3D show, and also appears in nightmares? FREDDY KRUEGER. Just saying.
I thought I would mention, the show is now up on ch 4 youtube channel.

so not good man nnngghhh especially when your sleeping pattern is as awol as mine & there’s sh*t all on tv & no one to chat to at demented o’ clock in the morning

Watched it again with better reception on S4C & some of it worked some didn’t, still gave me a headache.
I think it confirms my theory that am going blind !
What was really amazing was every so often the weather would throw up a bit of interference & the ‘snow’ appeared to be a sheet of glitter about 5″ in front of the screen !
