Whoever applies will have their picture and address posted on the internet. Reminds me of a story I read a couple of months ago. A man in Manchester (I think,) phoned a number that was posted in the back pages of a magazine, under the title 'Hear Me Moan'. He then got a voice recording of a wife moaning at her husband to clean the house. The man tried to sue the person who had posted the number, saying it was 'false advertising'. The police refused to press charges, and a spokesman said, "He got what he deserved." :P I’m thinking this is one of those ‘name and shame’ stunts.
