Why do creationsists spend all their effort on trying to disprove evolution?

Surely their efforts would be better suited to trying to prove creationism?

Even if they successfully managed to disprove evolution, they still won’t have proved creationism, they’ll just have disproved evolution.

I am increasingly worried by the fact that the creationist viewpoint seems to be almost the accepted truth amongst many people from the States, including many of their most powerful leaders. What sort of basis is that for rational thought and balanced diplomacy? It is a form of psychosis.

what really got me about this is the reporter getting the name of Darwins book wrong
its ‘The Origin Of Species’ not ‘Origin Of The Species’

Unfortunately, you can’t add an introduction to most bibles. The translations are what are copyrighted with them, and most are still under copyright and not in the public domain. The exception is the King James Version, which is fair game.

After watching that video, I think that Ray Comfort should really shave that mo. If he listens to just one thing that I say, that should be it.

I have difficulty feeling that Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort are any kind of threat. They are just so slow and non-threatening that I am amazed that they get any air time at all.

And – did I say that I think Comfort should shave the mo?

On a serious note, why is the personal crusade of a washed up madman worthy of news coverage, and on CNN at that? This isn’t Fox News, people actually listen to their reports sometimes!

If he’d claimed America was full of witches and he’d asked for planning permission to build a ducking stool behind his house it wouldn’t be news, he’d be taken away by medical professionals for treatment.

To me this Darwin obsessed fool is no more sane or newsworthy than any self-titled witch finder would be.
Yet CNN give people like him the oxygen of publicity as if it’s normal and should be taken seriously?

Why?
