Most people day dream .. seemingly about dreamy stuff while staring .. but it is often not so dreamy .. letting your mind work it and observe the results .. some will need more work and may turn out to be rubbish, others wont. Not very new. Some wont have time to day dream .. or are too depressed, or simply did not discover that mind system. Others prefer working the outcomes .. kick off from there, adapting it to reality. Some do all. It will help gaining better insight in lots of things, IF you do review your own mind properly ofcourse .... the results ..And it is kinda relaxing.
