		<description>The closing paragraph tells it all in my opinion. I must say that I agree with it, and the most wonderful thing about it is that you left it open ended…this shows that you are ready to draw in new and different opinions and that you are ultimately very interested to see people getting involved in the subject. 		<description>Ah, onlhy in life threatening situations ..  I already started to wonder whatever made them decide that they all of a sudden could use people for their experiments just like that. Still that is the case ofcourse. Maybe people could carry a yes/no codicil or such on them to solve that issue.

Doing things without consent is already the case more often than most people know of.  Not in a legal way, but it happens in research via hospitals. Patients should not just give their blood and such to just anyone. They are at least entitled to know what it is being used for. Most wont have such a problem with it, but still.
Monitoring people without telling them and without telling them about the results (for obvious reasons)
