I hate when people read stories like this and think “put him in prison for longer”. I mean prison CLEARLY isn’t a deterrent and so maybe someone should look into why this man drinks so often, or maybe something should be done to help him rather than carrying on with the same punishment that has proven not to work several times already. D:
Yeah, sounds like the man needs real good professional help. Or is he passed that now……?
