I had the pleasure of chatting with Eugene Burger in Blackpool last week. As I mentioned the opening of ‘Pure Effect’ where you talk about seeing him live and experiencing real magic his eyes lit up and a big grin crept across his face. He put his hands on my shoulders, paused then leaned in a little and said “Derren is one of the greatest performers there is – in the world!”
It might not be much from me but I thought you might like to know how much genuine respect and affection you have from some of the giants in the field that I know you admire yourself.

Oh man, 38 .. that’s peanuts … and now already you can’t party like before anymore .. doesn’t that say something very important … it’s not you who is getting older but the body is def. getting older .. so makes you wonder, huh, about the next 38 years ..
