For a quiet crowd they sounded pretty noisy to me! (Some men behind me didn't stoplaughing all the way through!) And the usual standing ovation occurred (naturally....the show is fantastic!). I guess as a performer you gauge how vociferous an audience is and gather that means they're enjoying the show more, which isn't always the case, I don't think. I know you also said after (and I hope it's ok to repeat this) that you didn't think the last show went too well. Derren, you're way too hard on yourself. It was completely wonderful, from start to finish. It's always so lovely to meet you. You're such a kind, friendly, charming and lovely man to talk to, I never feel my shyness at all. Thanks for the signings, charming to meet you - I plan to take my copy of Ab Mag to the grave. Without a doubt the best magician working today. A tremendous evening of theatre, and the ending was stunningly good. Can't fault it!
