Simply deciding to change presentation isn't enough. But you can do it live your life, maybe even take black market hormones and live your life trying not to interact with people for fear of being found out. Face high levels of discrimination because it takes a least a year of hormone treatments usually before you begin to 'pass' unless your a wiz with makeup, and have a naturally androgynous appearance.
