All of the enemy's tricks are pretty pointless and only serve to deceive. Do I believe that he has gone without sustenance for 70 years? Yes I do, but NOT by the power of God. Here is what happens. We know that the guy spends hours meditating each day. We also know that the yogis can leave their bodies. So he leaves his body, waits outside McDonalds and enters the body of a fat boy who orders giant macs and coke. Fully satisfied and sated, he re-enters his body. Job done! That also explains why his own body doesn't pass waste. Next problem, come along.... You claim you can walk on water? That's old hat. Just look at the video on youtube and see two dudes running on water in a lake. Miracles are not what they used to be... C’mon, this is not difficult. Here is what happens.

Also, most of the doctors (some act opposite) are hell bent on proving that he is a fake; so that way its weird that he manages to be alive somehow. His living environment may be set up in a way where he can obtain water and nutrients from the air. Some kind of high humidity with vaporized nutrients, etc. This would still be somewhat amazing, but not nearly the same thing as what is being claimed. You could survive quite well on healthy soups, so just take it a step further and vaporize those soups. Interestingly nobody mentioned the obvious.
