Hypnosis isn't a magical power. It's possible to hypnotise people who don't believe in hypnosis -- I've seen it done -- but only if they're open to it. If you refuse, then it's not going to work. The times that I've been hypnotised, I was perfectly aware that I could end my 'trance state' myself if I wanted to. I just kind of didn't want to, haha. Anyway, I don't see what would be so interesting about you standing there going 'nope, don't want to be hypnotised, not happening'. Frankly, that would make fairly boring tv. Make the changes that you want to make, go see a therapist or talk to family and friends if you need some encouragement. Don't wait around for the off chance of being selected for a TV show.
