Hope you can rest that busy brain and tired body of yours, some auto suggestion might help (you know "while you are gazing at the warm and tranquil landscape, you can sink into this comfy chair and with every sip of soft wine you can feel your body relax more and more, the warm sun on your face makes your eyelids a little heavier, and with the next few deep breath you can just allow them to gently close.., ok, really bad, but must go lie down now..).
