It can't make any predictions from evidence and in fact rejects attempts to change it through evidence-based observation. It is no surprise that they cannot justify their political position as a degree-awarding body. To do so would be to demonstrate the veracity of Creationism, which would also have to include all of the evidence collected for Evolution and the Modern Synthesis. The constantly amazing thing about Humanity to me is the diversity of viewpoints that can be taken from the same dataset, available to all, to whit - the Universe.
