		<description>It&#039;s a known fact I think. Sinking away in a soft couch def. does not trigger the mind so well (yes, THAT type of mind I refer to) than a not so comfortable chair ... Comfort opens up the body system ... relaxes it ... and leads quite often, not in all people, and not at all times, to a slightly more mild state than when you would have been on those hard chairs on which you need to sit like a stiff .. as if you&#039;re having dinner with the royal family or such .. (no, do not put that leg up there ...).

Try both body sides in your bed ... you probably will feel a difference as well, body and mind wise ... 
Can be used to your advantage.</description>
