I think the pigeon is pretty happy where it is.
It’s got security from any dangers in the harsh world, and is eating more comfortably than usual.
I think the pigeon is clever.

I understand pidgeons can be used for secret messaging and such, but it’s especially funny and unusual to keep a pidgeon under armed guard, especially since all they’re going on is that the pidgeon had a band around it’s foot…. It’s no spy pigeon that’s for sure, and that’s why it’s arrested? LAW’S GONE CRAZY. Well, it always has been.

It could be a homing pidgeon. So I don’t see why this is funny or wierd. It could lead them to the “person of interest”. It makes sense to keep him…
