And was it Tom who wore the dress? Why does he worry about it? (whoever it is). Just for the record I never wear a dress. Doubt it will go against my job prospects.

I watched this last night. Interesting cartoon, looked a bit like Zurg from Toy Story. Was it the sci-fi writer who did this, just made up a story and turned it to a faith ? Also is it wrong to think Trav killed his son to proove disconnection and gain another level? That would be kinda sick I guess.

I started watching the show while I was studying abroad in England. I love studying different religions and figuring out why people choose one over another, but there's something about Scientology that just seems off regardless of how much information I've read about it.

I say kudos to John Sweeney and he was overly patient with those individuals to begin with. I think anyone who was under the immense pressure he was would have went off a lot earlier. Also, kudos to Mike Rinder for at least coming out with his side of the story. I hope I can catch it in the U.S. when it airs.

There will always be those weak minded people who need to be led, Scientology like any religion preys on these people. In Ireland where I originated it was the Catholic church, which interfered in every aspect of life, teaching children about those pagan protestant, no wonder northern Ireland became the sectarian mess it is today. All the Catholic church suceeded in doing was dividing the population with its doctrine of segration.

I was reminded of a quotation by the famous American physicist Steven Weinberg, Nobel Prize-winning theoretical physicist. Weinberg said: "Religion is an insult to human dignity. Without it, you'd have good people doing good things, and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, it takes religion

I'm glad he's gone back to this, and sooo glad that Mike guy has come forward after leaving that Scientology group. It was clear that John had been manipulated from the beginning. Scientology is a dangerous cult, full of blackmail and lies - can you imagine if Tom Cruise is really gay and they know that??? There is no way he could ever decide to leave or talk negatively in public about that cult.

Surely, what they're doing to people is against the law on some level? Mental abuse, blackmail? Maybe they can bring them to trial if Mike is willing to testify. They literally own the minds of those who sadly become members. They are so dangerous and powerful, it needs to be nipped in the bud NOW!!!
