I love this effect – there’s a very quaint tourist spot in Wanaka, New Zealand I visited last year, that actually features an entire room of these faces following you around – they omit the ears and it actually works even better – totally weird though as the entire room is following you. The same reverse impression effect is used to great effect on the frontage of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona – Christ looking down over the passion scene below – has a very eerie effect.
