Derren Brown Night starts tonight at 9pm with ‘Derren Brown: Behind the Mischief’ (see trailer below), followed by ‘Derren Brown: Viewers’ Choice’ which is a classic Derren Brown show as voted for by fans, then finished by another showing of Enigma, filmed last year at Wimbledon.

I remember seeing Derren being interviewed at his home a few years ago.
The thing that shocked me watching it was that there there was a comment between Derren & the interviewer about some dog or cat shit on his carpet (I can’t remember which animal actually).
The fact that it was there and that he didn’t do anything about it made me think there’s a side to him that’s just a little bit too weird.

I was lucky enough to catch the trailer earlier tonight…..so very excited about the whole evening in particular ‘the documentary’. I can’t make out what special they’re showing though.

Not being able to watch derren brown shows because I don’t live in the right country kills me (a lot) on the inside. I find it more disturbing how much I love Derren Brown than what Derren Brown likes to keep around the house. There’s just no getting over him….*le sigh Enjoy the show uk bitches
They’re showing the Documentary, named ‘Behind The Mischief’ at 9 o’clock. Then they’re showing a ‘Viwere’s Choice’, which will be revealed on the night, and then they’re showing ‘Enigma’ which goes on until 12:50.
It should be an AWESOME night. I saw Enigma on tour, so it will be interesting to see how much of it they cut out for the TV/DVD version!

I’m curious if anyone else noticed an odd Activia ad with Martine McCutcheon (a different one to the usual recent one). I saw it during the Enigma repeat but maybe it’s been on at other times. One part of the ad has Martine sat down with a high camera angle and just as I’m thinking “that’s more cleavage than strictly necessary in a yoghurt ad” she says an odd line (I think about the website?) “big tips(?) and ideas” but didn’t quite sound that way.. Is it just me or was this a deliberate homage to Derren’s subliminal patter?
Very much enjoyed DB night BTW. I’d forgotten how amusing the Heist training was – particularly the freaked out counter staff during the “shoplifters in suits” bit. Enjoyed watching Enigma for the second time and figuring out a few more things too…
Absolutely loved the DB night on chanel 4, the interview/documentary was very interesting – thank you for sharing so much with us all and cant wait to see you later this year on the new tour!!

This week i’ve finished your first book, started your second, watched all your TV shows including Enigma twice (and I saw it first hand last year in Glasgow), been amazed, amused and astounded by what i see and hear you doing. But now after such an overload on Derren-ness i am struggling to stay straight as my man-love for your poiny bearded geniusness grows. If that wasn’t bad enough i feel i may as well become gay as my fiancee who until my intervention hadn’t seen any your stuff has now grown such a crush on you i may as well be a pickled chimp in a bottle.
