As an ex-Florida Resident, I would be very surprised if the voting machines were not able to receive to receive electronic signals capable of changing counts within the individual machines before 'Official Counts' are recorded. But I am with the hacker on this one. In fact I am going to put my neck out and say a serious hacker has more awareness, integrity, perseverance, and commitment to ideals than the average "powers that be" but even better its an open contest. A Powers that be could prove this to be wrong and overcome the emerging flaws and corruption in government B Powers that be could in fact be more intelligent and serious than the "legion anonymous" and hide the flaws and corruption and continue.
