You'd have thought the corroborating story of the employee that tried to help them should have made this a total non-issue. I wonder what really happened -- the way the story at The Consumerist describes the behaviour of the guard makes him/her sound more than a little insane. How does it go from one insane guard, with no evidence, to arrest, jail, job-loss, deportation? I suspect there's more to this story than is being reported, and I'm guessing there's other stuff that doesn't involve this particular episode. Yikes.
