Oh hi. Just a quick postlet to alert your eyes to the fact that my face and arse will be soiling your televisuals tonight on BBC4 at 9pm. I did what’s known in the industry as an ‘interview’ (kind of like a chat) for a documentary about the depiction of ghosties on TV. There’s me, Mark Gatiss, Steve Volk (Ghostwatch) – I think we’re all on there. I haven’t seen it, and can’t remember if I said anything remotely interesting, but am looking forward to it.

Please now continue with your beautiful lives.

Great!
I look forward to your demonstrations or explanations of how millions of sheep, sorry people, follow and believe in superstitions and religions. I will have to watch the show after work though, Boo.

So Derren, a couple of thousand years ago you could have been a Messiah although a couple of hundred years ago, not even that long, you would be burnt as a witch. I guess we do live in a sort of accepting society, unless you live in some parts of the Middle East.

Oh lovely I cant wait. I not too bothered about whether ghosts/paranormal are real or not, but I do love the idea/aesthetic of being spooked. In fact GhostWatch was a programme that shat me up so much I was off school for a week. In fact I think it brought on some kind of psychosis and had to go and see a dr for help…Oh how I can laugh about it now. HeHeHe

freaking awesome..all things derren are worth watching! It’d be funny to see a programme with Mr. Brown analizing most haunted. Especially when they were using those rotating ouji boards. It’s interesting how they just take what they want to see from these things. sigh. It’s funny tho. Especially those little dust bunnys the refer to as orbs. x

I never thought I would see “features Derren Brown and Yvette Fielding” in a TV listing in my lifetime.

Who’s next? Colin Fry? I hope you are on together and you tell the dozey women that she is being conned by that dodgy Acorah (can not be arsed to check spelling of the d*cks name) and making a t1t of herself in front of the world.

oooh and hypnotise her to speak about about Mr Acorah on the next live edition….. come on Derren scrap Nyman and get me, think of how fun that would’ve been!! πŸ˜‰

Fun show, brought back some great memories of watching classic ghostly tales. Ghostwatch definitely needs to be repeated!!

October 27, 2009 at 10:17 pm

Have just finished watching it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Not just your lovely self, Derren, but relieving some of the shows that were featured. Esp Ghostwatch, I remember watching that back in the early 90’s and it frightened the living crap out of me at the time!

Very enjoyable programme. πŸ™‚

I cannot believe Yvette “I’m a fucking liar” Fielding is still claiming Most Haunted is 100% real and not sick-inducing entertainment. Can. Not. Believe. It.
