Very good interview, thankies.
Nice to hear Derren talking about his painting for a change…. and also to here his not-so-clear responses to Russian Roulette – intreging.
xx

I caught this last night, and it was a nice, unexpected treat of a radio moment. Some politician’s style avoidance of answering the direct question about the Russian Roulette though, Derren – a smokescreen no less. Mark liked you didn’t he? What a great interviewer he is.
I really enjoyed it, and love all your work : I enjoyed the book. Portraits sound great.
Loveleyy….i had to laugh a bit cause the last minutes of the interview made me dizzy 😉
Face’s do not reval personality? Hmmm. Surely a lined and concered face belies a life spent frowning (wether in contemplation or annoyance, I grant you). Hey ho, it made good listening!
Another great interview, thanks for posting as always!!
Portraits is a great book!!
Not just the paintings (which are fab), but the observations about faces & preconceved ideas about people’s appearances. More fasinating DB insight!
