The correct translate would be “How the mind is controlled”

I’d want this for the cover alone (sorry to sound a tad shallow there). I think it’s wonderful! 😀

Excellent use of a brain on the cover. It’s only a shame that the Finnish publication doesn’t ship with an actual brain included with the purchase. I would have enjoyed having a brain to fondle whilst thumbing through the pages, but nevermind.

I really like this book cover, but I don’t like it at all. Well done, looks smart. It’s horrible.

Timo from Finland says:

It’s great that they’ve translated it, although the translation is not particulary good (there is actually a word missing in the very first sentence of the book!). I strongly recommend the original version for the finnish people who haven’t read it yet!

Miranda says:

‘How to Control the mind’ is the translation according to me and my mother who is Finnish 😀
Should not have showed her this, she will probably make me read it in Finnish now… :/

Has anyone noticed that derren has six fingers on each hand or is that just me.

Aimee P says:

Haha love the striking connection to the animal world. I have to say, that puma/leopard/cat-like animal in particular is highly relevant to the book.

PS Just bought a ticket for your Bristol show all the way from Australia 🙂

A.M. says:

I see only five fingers on each hand, but they are spaced out in a way in which part of the palm sort of looks like a sixth finger. Either that, or the abnormal spacing might give the allusion of a larger hand with more fingers than normal.

Also, I wish Derren Brown would control “The View”. It’s a show in the U.S. I think I would watch the show if he did, LOL. Does anyone know if there’s a Spanish version of this book? It would be great to brush up on my Spanish and keep it fresh.

MrsSamSpade says:

I went to bed last night after researching “stuff” related to the new book. After some investigating I said to myself that its highly likely a hoax. At first glance the image isn’t convincing. There’s a comment about the title and its translation. So I went on a research binge at midnight that led to that final thought “its a hoax” before falling into a deep sleep. Its a new day and I’m not so convinced anymore. Who to trust? Yourself or others including interfaces? I guess either way Its good to keep an open mind and to question everything :0) peace x

Kate Pasola says:

I really am very excited to devour this book – but will it ruin my life a bit? I.E will it tell me all of your secrets and therefore take away the magical mystery?

Also…any signed copies up for grabs? My boyfriend would LOVE one. ***TOUR SPOILER REMOVED*** 🙂
