2. Not long now until the show! 🙂 Cannot wait to see the documentary and Enigma. Derren is an absolute legend who will NEVER be forgotten and talked about always. Wish I could speak to him in person 🙂

7. Chirag: Isn’t it possible for you to go see a stage show? He’s usually at the stage door after the shows to talk to fans.
8. Is that an IKEA cupboard in his kitchen .. can that be? Hm .. the handles seem not IKEA … but they do look like exactly like mine. Very good taste, I have to give him that.
   Love his place .. one could snoop around there for quite some time and find interesting stuff which you wont find in most homes.

   The bird seems to feel at home on Brown’s shoulder (in fact .. he couldn’t care less about Brown .. let’s do my feathers it says now that the boss can not give me attention …)

9. I’ve turned down an evening out with friends in order to catch this. I think as a compromise I’ll bring them all round to mine to watch it and we devise some kind of drinking game.

   Drink a shot every time Derren throws a frisbee, nods his head and any time a game of hole tempting lost? Hmmm… dangerous. 😉

32. Am watching DB night and loving it 🙂 Shame the viewers’choice wasn’t Seance which I love. But maybe it is on and Derren has just persuaded me it is ‘The Heist’. Fun stuff 😀

35. Terrible selection “The Heist” as viewers choice.What about “Messiah” where Derren takes on the freakier side of America,Religious zealots and all. Thats the only one not avaliable on DVD.Derren if your reading this please make it avaliable on DVD.I will be at your May 13th gig at the alexandra theatre in Birmingham,In the stalls row F seat 12. Would you please consider attaching a copy to a frisbee and winging it into my eager open hands.(i’ll Pay ). Anyway ,this is in no way meant to denigrate “The Heist” which is a wonderful piece of television.

37. I loved the documentary this evening! I have always wanted to see a more personal side to Derren!
    Got to say he looked kinda hot in jeans and a shirt! I think I may have developed a little crush, so will now wear my best cleavage enhancing bra when I go to see him in Grimsby this March and shamelessly attempt to “hypnotize” a gay man with my assets!

43. I’m curious if anyone else noticed an odd Activia ad with Martine McCutcheon (a different one to the usual recent one). I saw it during the Enigma repeat but maybe it’s been on at other times. One part of the ad has Martine sat down with a high camera angle and just as I’m thinking “that’s more cleavage than strictly necessary in a yoghurt ad” she says an odd line (I think about the website?) “big tips(?) and ideas” but didn’t quite sound that way.. Is it just me or was this a deliberate homage to Derren’s subliminal patter?

    Very much enjoyed DB night BTW. I’d forgotten how amusing the Heist training was – particularly the freaked out counter staff during the “shoplifters in suits” bit. Enjoyed watching Enigma for the second time and figuring out a few more things too…

This week i’ve finished your first book, started your second, watched all your TV shows including Enigma twice (and I saw it first hand last year in Glasgow), been amazed, amused and astounded by what i see and hear you doing. But now after such an overload on Derren-ness i am struggling to stay straight as my man-love for your poiny bearded geniusness grows. If that wasn’t bad enough i feel i may as well become gay as my fiancee who until my intervention hadn’t seen any your stuff has now grown such a crush on you i may as well be a pickled chimp in a bottle. Damn you Brown! I shall show my disdain for you by not inflicting blisters on my hands (from clapping cheeky) when i next fork out a small fortune to see your smug little face staring down at me from a stage. Bah!
