1. It didn’t work on me, but then I didn’t really expect it to. I suppose that’s why.
2. I had a wierd pins and needles feeling on the bottom of my legs and I genuinely couldn’t stand up, but only for about 15 seconds then I sprung straight up! My muscles were twitching after for a little while too.
3. I did yes, and I couldn’t get up until after the release video. I was the only one affected in my house. Very weird indeed. Looking forward to seeing you in Milton Keynes next year. Thanks for a good night Derren. Twitter: @SArmyDragoth
4. i was totally stuck! my elbows felt glued to my sides, my forearms were stuck to my thighs and my ass was stuck to the chair….i could move everything else…i.e kicking and whacking my husband (who wasnt stuck) as he tried to tickle me. grr

   felt like i had a boulder on me pinning my arms and legs.
5. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me although it might have something to do with;
   1. It wasn’t a dark room.
   2. I wasn’t facing the tv face on.
   3. I have the most annoying mum in the world, who decided to scratch under her leg cast with a knitting needle throughout the whole film, thus completely distracting me.

7. Really wasn’t expecting it to work, and my cat kept butting my hand, so I thought the distraction would mean it wouldn’t work, but, yeah. Could move my arms and back, but when I tried to get up it wasn’t happening. I was giggling my head off. Really cool techniques there. Were the flashes through the show of someone tied with rope to a chair?
8. No, didn’t work for me unfortunately. Was really looking forward to being stuck as well 🙁 I did get quite apprehensive though before the clip, and couldn’t stop laughing. hehe x
9. Didnt work at all on me. I could get up fine and felt fine after. Was expecting it to work cos im pretty tired but nope nothing.
10. Didn’t work for me – but then I guess the really important bit was the suggestion before the film, and I was quite distracted during that bit.

15. Yep, worked for me! My legs were really heavy, couldn’t get up off the sofa at all!!!! Freaky stuff!!! My muscles in my legs are quite stiff now, feels as if ive walked miles!!! Strange! 🙂
16. OMFG…. yes I was totally stuck……. felt numb from the waist down and just could not move for about 5 minutes!! The programme ended and I was still stuck!! I had to literally slide myself off of my sofa to get off!! My legs are still feeling very very weird!!! Plus my heart was racing before the advert break also and got worse when Derren started talking after the break!!! Feel really Weird! It didn’t affect my partner though!!

20. I got really heavy. I stood up ok but felt weird. I kept getting giggles while the film was on and don’t know what I was giggling for?!?! My pal Steph though, my god she was stuck. She asked me to pull her up but she was a total dead weight. She didn’t get up until the very end when told to. The coloured screens made me feel lighter again. Derren, you are a creepy, creepy little man…………but I love you xoxo

22. That was well weird. I got stuck as well & when I tried to get up, it felt like my legs were dead heavy & felt like I was being push back into the chair

25. I had to rewind it, first time i coudnt stop laughing, secodn time i went really tired and sluggish, i could get up but i felt really heavy!
26. my brother & i were both stuck for a few minutes – i got really hot and scared. It felt like i had something really heavy pushing my chest to the sofa and he said he felt like the sofa was pulling him like a magnet!
27. Yes,i couldn’t move my back,bum or thighs because they felt so heavy and everytime i tried i felt like a really strong elastic was pulling me back.Thanks,that was fun x
28. Weirdest feeling ever! My heart started to race during the film, once finished I couldn’t move my feet and my hands and forearms were stuck to my legs! My back was free, but everything else was stuck! Frustrating, weird, bizarre!
29. Felt dizzy and then got pins and needles in my legs, my legs then got really heavy and I couldn’t lift them.
30. Not stuck. Back felt heavy at one point. Everytime I blink I now see a black drawn image of a person tied to a chair on. White background.

33. Just got a series of texts from family I forced to watch (being sick of me going on about Derren!), seems like none got stuck… maybe its because we are Irish? Wrong nation??? 🙂
34. My daughter (age 11) could only just stand up and then kept falling back down again, she said her thighs really hurt (started while watching the film). It took her a few minutes to calm down afterwards, she’s fine now! Me and hubs remained fully mobile, albeit nicely relaxed!
35. Saldly nope i really wanted to though, however i got the feeling like I had when i was a kid and i used to persuade myself I couldn’t move but then i would snap out thinking “of corse i can move” and just stand up.

37. heyy! yeah I was stuck, but only from my knees to my feet. I could stand up but I couldn’t walk anywhere – I was literally glued to the spot. Felt like I had magnets in my feet, and I was fastned to the floor. When you said I could move again at the end I got pins and needles before I could get up. Loooove you Derren. You scare me. lol. x
38. No, I didn’t get stuck. I started to feel a bit heavy but then my son breezed into the room and distracted me.
    Bit disappointed. Oh well.

    I did think of giraffe though.
39. I felt really heavy and it took me a while to get up but thats all. I got the giggles though so that might have affected it!
40. I felt strange from the start and whilst watching it felt like someone was pushing on my chest a few times making me be pushed back into chair more. I couldn’t move my hands and they felt a little cool when I could move them, My lower back and bum felt solid and very heavy. Very strange feeling and was very suprised I was affected. My wife wasn’t affected in any way.

43. I fell asleep as soon as the film began ?!?! Pretty sure that wasn’t supposed to happen. Oh well, i am sick and tired, will have to watch the repeat i guess
44. i didnt acctually stick but i did feel dizzy and when i stod up i felt like i wanted to sit down because of the force but i am going to watch it on channel 4 +1 to see if i acctualy stick

I felt heavy in the chair but i got up ok but then i dropped to my knees and was stuck to the floor i couldn’t get up but i could slide around the floor.. i wasn’t afraid tho i knew i wasn’t paralysed as i could feel my legs under me.. weird !! my sons thought it was very funny they watched as well but weren’t affected

Didn’t work on me but none of the PWA or subliminal stuff does because for some reason my sub concious works againts me and actually seems to point it all out in my mind, saw the subliminal flashes throughout the show though…kinda thought they looked like someone sat in a chair. However i would also like to state i got rather distracted by the fact that Hamleys Toy Store has a GIANT Wall-e and he kept popping up in my mind through your show…..see really you wanted us all to think of Wall-e didn’t you.
    I will say though, my best mate rang me after the video showed in a panic because she couldn’t get up…and this is coming from a woman who said with quite a statement that she don’t believe in what you do…well she sure does now…she was stuck like superglue so i just laughed.
48. Didn’t work for me. Maybe that’s a good thing because it implies that I’m not easily suggestible.
49. Although I really desperately wanted it to work, it sadly didn’t for me, although I felt my feet getting heavier during the little speech at the beginning and during the film i started laughing xD

    I really wish I got stuck though, my friends recored it on her tv, would it work if we just watched it again and again and again ?
