1. Phillis, im still not able to get through :(, would you suggest trying really late at night?

Okay, I know i said i wouldn’t, but I’ve totally succumbed to the temptation of sending the email because if this isn’t a trick (which i think it is) it would be too much of an oppertunity to miss. .PHILLIS????? 🙂 how many days will this be going on for as i can’t stay up late tonight to send the email as I have a psychology exam tomorrow.? xxxxx

   Is this a problem at your end or mine? Am thinking as it says failed permanently I’m being a bit stupid if I keep trying. “Permanently” meaning its never going to work so stop trying you plank

18. I sent my request at 2pm, still no questionnaire, and I didn’t get a failed deleievery report so it went through.

    Please don;t tell me to check for updates! I’m just rreally confused because I should have got something by now!
19. Anyone not getting the e-mail, check your spam for a bounce back or the e-mail from Derren.
    If it has bounced wait till late evening when traffic is low or try in a few days when the rush is over
