1. I attempted first on my bed and it didnt work. I attempted it next on a proper chair and after the video I continued to stay in the same position trying not to move and I felt tingling in my legs and arms they then became very heavy I then tried to push up and my muscles were shaking!!! Magic! Im glad I managed to pick it up, very good im intrigued!!!!
2. Nope. Nothing. Nil. Nada. Zilch. Bugger all.

   I felt was very open to it, followed the instructions and concentrated very hard. Even tried again on 4+1 with the sofa directly infront of the TV and lights off, and still nothing.

   Massively disappointed, to be honest, but I guess I’m just not the right type of person. Enjoyed the show none-the-less… and good work on the BILLION people who were affected.
3. Yes i did i could move my back and arms but i could stand up the harder i tried the more i couldn`t move. It was wierd but amazing i enjoyed joining in :o) x
4. I didn’t get stuck but it did give me a runny nose (I don’t have a cold though)
5. Didnt stick, think that perhaps student of psychology, sceptic, atheist and over analysing all that I see works against me with these things.
6. Bit sad that it didn’t work on me, but I loved the show, especially the bit in the toy store!! 🙂
7. Worked for me! I was shocked, but it was fun and I couldn’t stop laughing afterwards. It worked on 2 of my mates aswell. Does it make a difference if you have a big tv?, because ours is huge.
8. Didn’t work. But I didn’t keep my head in that ring, because you can’t get up unless you lean forward. So I leaned forward, my head went out of the ring, and then I got up. If I’d kept my head in the ring, then it would have been impossible.
9. I didn’t try it. I was a whimp and too scared 🙁 But a load of people I know said it worked for them. I believe them. I didn’t like the idea of it though, it’s always better to be in control of your own mind. Get rid of that, and it causes panic.
   But great show! Loved it!

10. I really expected it to work on my as my Dad does Hypnotherapy and I’m very susceptable (if thats the right word and spelling).
    But I did feel very odd during the film, my heart raced, then slowed down, then sped up again. After the film my hands felt heavy but I easily managed to free my self very quickly.
    However, my younger brother pointed something out that I could have missed.
    A flash of something before the film started.

    But it still had some effect.
    Big fan of your work.

12. Did not stick to my seat but the film did make me feel rather odd. I noticed the flashing image of the person tied to a chair though so maybe I was over analysing from the start. My Mother talking and telling me it was a load of rubbish all the way through didn’t help to be honest, although the moment the film started she fell asleep then woke up at the end!! I’m normally a great fidgeter, can’t sit still at all. But when I was watching the film my heart rate increased and I didn’t move a muscle. Then I could stand up fairly easily with a slight feeling of pins and needles in my legs. Very interesting stuff, looking forward to next week! 🙂

16. Wow derren the first time i watched it, it didnt work. But the second time part of my knee stuck and my friend stuck both times! amazing , im a huge fan. and plus loads of flickering images kept coming up throughout the show. what were they?

19. No, but my daughter did. She said her knees were locked. I helped her up after she panicked a bit, then she couldnt sit down again.

I STUCK ON THE CHANNEL 4 plus one attempt i just felt really heavy on the first time but managed to get up… the second attempt it was like the opposite of that trick where you press your hands against the door frame for 60 seconds and step away and your arms continue to rise…. where as here my arms just pulled down and the muscles round my neck started pulling my head back which was a bit scary

22. I was really scared as watched this on my own & seeing the girl who freaked out watching the film I was a bit worried it would disturb. Didn’t stick in my seat but my hands went very heavy in my lap & was hard to move them. The release screens at the end made me feel really drowsy too???

24. I stuck good and proper, once and then again on 4+1! Was freaking MENTAL

    Sounds fake, but it’s weird 😐 I properly could not move as much as I tried and I’m NOT making this up, I swear!!! It didn’t kick in till just after the film, but man, bloody freaky!! Will probably sound ridiculous tomorrow, but I genuinely felt worried and uneasy. Sudden weird sensation in stomach and head, couldnt stop trying to get up but I just oculdnt move. My back and head were ok, but my bum down to my knees, just wouldnt move. Oh my god Derren you do amaze me 😐

    I did laugh a bit at the beginning…but really did focus on getting stuck, but didn’t.
    However, I really did want to stick to my chair as I had been looking forward to it all week =( *sigh*

29. It was amazing. I was stuck for a short while, but what really creept me out was the fact my right arm started to rise in to the air!! what was all that about. I had pins and needles and went really hot my girlfriend said I went bright red. it didnt work on her,
30. i love that it worked on me….even though my hubby thinks its coz im mentally inferior to him (he didnt stick) but i will choose to believe i am what Derren said on the show 🙂

31. i didn’t stick, I was rather sad :(. I really wanted it to work aswell, but would probably have freaked, so I guess it was for the best. Enjoyed the show all the same though! I’m sooo gonna try the tramp thing (out of curiosity, why did the tramp have to have an Irish accent?? What are you trying to say?!? :P) I look forward to next week, I want to put my ‘psychic’ powers to the test 🙂

39. Got stuck for about 20 seconds. Felt really heavy on my lower back, bottom, and top of my legs. At the start of the video I felt very uncomfortable, sick, and nervy, but this disappeared eventually, How strange x
40. Although I didnt stick I became very heavy and woozy whilst Derren was talking before the film. I felt very relaxed and fuzzy all over. It was a very strange feeling, like trying to run through water and a bit drunk! Kind of!!!

41. I didn’t stick., but my head, legs and back felt funny and I really really wanted to laugh!
    My mate stuck though and he ended up crying xD He thinks he’s a bit tough so was very amusing, more than makes up for not sticking!

42. i got totally stuck – couldn’t move anything but my toes shoulders and hands. + now my legs arms and head are still very heavy and sore

46. It didn’t work on me because I was being distracted 😛 but thinking back, I did get a really weird sinking feeling… :S Shame it didn’t work properly. It was a lot of fun though. 🙂

    I could just about walk if I really really tried hard but when I sat down my legs were so heavy and my heart was racing and I was like lump of lead with pins and needles!!!

    I don’t think it helped that partway through the film Dad stumbled in from the pub & Mum started making a cup of tea.
    I will watch the show again when I have a distraction free house.
    All of the PWA stuff was really interesting from a media students’ point of view. Epescially the Tramp stuff. It blew my tiny mind.

49. Dude, I did it twice! I sorta stuck to my bed, but as it’s just been played on 4+1 I decided to do it properly in a chair. Totally freaky! Couldn’t move! My sister thought I was joking :S cannot wait for the tour to come to Bristol! 😀
